I revised the hersheys recipe to pack more nutrients in for the kiddos, replace the eggs(Im allergic) reduce the gluten...Im TRYING....to get there(i used pastry flour,its much lower in gluten,you can use reg. unbleached all purpose but if you use graham I would put it in the blender and mill it first to make it finer)
