Cranberry Sauce with Spiced Red Wine Syrup by Farrell May Podgorsek

This is the best cranberry sauce we have created. A bit of orange, spice and red wine add complexity to the sweet tart cranberries. It's perfect for Thanksgiving. It is also a wonderful topping for sweet potatoes, and for Hanukkah, Sweet Potato Latkes.
