Directions

  1. Heat 1 tbls oil in a large saucepanover medium heat
  2. Saute shallot and onion till soft
  3. stir in butter,lemon juice and ginger garlic paste
  4. add 1sp garam masala chili powder and bay leaf.
  5. stir for 2 minutes add tomato puree cook 2 more minutes
  6. keep stirring add half and half and yogurt and salt and pepper simmer on low for 10 minutes
  7. remove from heat and set aside.
  8. Heat 1 tbls oil in large skillet on medium heat
  9. cook cut up chicken until lightly browned about 10 minutes
  10. Reduce heat to low and and season with 1tsp garam masala
  11. and ceyenne stir a few spoonfuls of sauce and simmer till has reduced and chicken is cooked through
  12. stir cooked chicken into sauce.
  13. Mix together cornstarch and water to make a slurry stir into into chicken and sauce till thickened'
