Indecent chocolate cake Recipe
Ingredients
- 145g spelt flour (all-purpose will do too)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 225g softened butter
- 215g muscovado sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 115g bittersweet chocolate
- 250ml boiling water (I really only added 2/3 of this amount)
