  • 1 package gluten free crackers ( or if not gluten free use toast rounds)


  1. Spread each cracker with hummus and then top with bruschetta. Assemble on a plate. Decorate plate with fresh herbs like fresh basil and serve!

    This is so delicious and so easy to make. Half Middle Eastern and Half Italian. Two great flavors on one appetiser.
