  • 1 lb Fresh spinach washed and liquid removed
  • 1/2 lb Fresh bean sprouts washed and liquid removed
  • 1 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 2 tsp Distilled white vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. Kikkoman Soy Sauce
  • 2 tsp Sesame seed, toasted

Directions

  1. Place spinach and bean sprouts in 2-qt microwave-safe baking dish.
  2. Cover; microwave on High 2 min. Toss vegetables; cover and microwave on High 3 min. Meanwhile, combine sugar, vinegar, soy sauce and sesame seed, stirring till sugar dissolves; pour over vegetables and toss to combine.
