Hot Dog Casserole Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 c. elbow macaroni, uncooked
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 8 x warm dogs
- 1 x (12 ounce.) can corn with pepper, liquid removed
- 1 x (15 ounce.) can tomato sauce
- 2 tsp instant onions, chopped
- 1/2 tsp chili pwdr
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 c. cheese, diced
Directions
- Prepare macaroni according to package directions, drain. In large skillet, heat butter, add in warm dogs.
- Cook till lightly browned. Stir in corn, tomato sauce, onions, chili pwdr and salt. Simmer 10 min. Add in macaroni and 1/2 c. cheese, mix well.
- Pour into 2 qt casserole dish. Top with remaining 1/2 c. cheese. Bake in a 350 degree oven till warm, 20 to 30 min. Chill leftovers.
- Makes 6 to 8servings.
