Ingredients
- 2 (6 1/2 ounce.) cans chopped clams with juice
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 stick butter
- 1 med. onion, minced finely
- 1 red pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
- 3/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs
- 1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Hot Clam Dip
Servings: 6
Directions
- Heat butter in pan and saute/fry vegetables till tender. Add in rest of ingredients except the Mozzarella. Mix well and put in baking dish and sprinkle Mozzarella on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 min. Serve with crackers.
