Directions

  1. In a heavy aluminum skillet, medium size, fry bacon till crisp.
  2. In a small mixing bowl beat Large eggs just sufficient to combine yolks and whites; add in vinegar, water, sugar and salt; beat to combine. Add in to bacon and bacon fat in skillet; cook over moderately low heat, stirring constantly, till thickened; don't boil.
  3. At once pour warm dressing over salad greens and toss together. Serve at once.
