Hot and Cheesy Spinach Artichoke Dip with Pizza Dippers Recipe

Ingredients

• 4 oz. reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
• 1/2 cup light mayonnaise (I used the kind with Olive oil)
• 1/4 cup milk (or more if you like it looser)
• 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 5 oz. frozen chopped spinach, defrosted and squeezed dry (1/2 of a 10 oz. box)
• 1 - 6 oz. jar of marinated artichoke hearts, drained and roughly chopped
• 1/2 cup diced roasted red peppers
• 1/4 cup part-skim shredded mozzarella cheese
