  • 1/4 c. honey
  • 1/8 c. frzn orange concentrate, thawed
  • 1/8 c. freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 3/4 tsp. freshly grated orange rind
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp. freshly grated ginger

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients. Place in a nonmetallic container in the refrigerator. Can be stored for two days.
  2. Serve a 1 oz portion over fresh fruit in salads, or possibly over lb. cake.
