Honey Oatmeal Muffins Recipe

Ingredients
- 2/3 c. lowfat milk
- 1/3 c. vegetable oil
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 c. oatmeal
- 1 tbsp. baking pwdr
- 1 c. flour
- 1/2 c. nuts, minced
- 1/3 c. brown sugar
- 1/4 c. honey
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Combine dry ingredients and add in liquid ingredients. Mix till moistened. Fill muffin c. 2/3 full. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 to 18 min. Makes 1 dozen.
