- 1 1/4 c. whole-wheat flour
- 1/4 c. rolled oats
- 1/8 c. wheat germ
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 7/8 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1/4 ounce active dry yeast
Directions
- Place ingredients in the bread machine pan in the order suggested by themachine's manufacturer. Select the multigrain setting, and press start.
- This recipe yields a 1 lb. loaf.
