Honey Lemon Chicken Recipe

Ingredients
- 25 lbs chicken- 5 oz cutlet
- 3 cups honey
- 2 cups lemon juice
- 3 Tbsp true lemon powder
- 1/2 cup dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup ginger powder
- 1/4 cup onion powder
- 1/4 cup garlic powder
- 2 1/2 cup cool water
- 3 Tbsp corn starch
Directions
- Wash and trim chicken. Mix all other ingredients together. Set 2/3 aside for sauce.
- Baste chicken with mixture and sear on flat top.
- Finish baking in the oven.
- Pan up chicken with some reserved sauce to serve, and garnish with chopped parsley and lemon slices.
