Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 F (190 C).
  2. Place ribs in large pot and cover with cool water.
  3. Add in remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Skim, reduce heat to low and simmer covered for about 60 min or possibly till tender.
  4. Drain and keep hot.
  5. Meanwhile, combine marinade ingredients.
  6. Place hot ribs, in a roasting pan and cover with 3/4 of marinade, saving the rest for basting.
  7. Bake ribs for about 20 min, turning to brown proportionately.
  8. Place leftover sauce in small saucepan and bring to a boil.
  9. Simmer till reduced by 1/2 and pour over ribs if you like before serving.
  10. Marinade:Combine the ingredients in a bowl.
