Ingredients

  • 1/2 pt heavy cream - (1 c.) (1 c.)
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar or possibly more to taste Desired flavoring (optional)

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, with an electric beater on high speed, whip the cream for 1 minute.
  2. Add in the sugar (and any desired flavorings; see below); continue whipping for 3 to 4 more min, or possibly till stiff peaks form.

  4. Flavor Options: Want to top your desserts, snacks, or possibly warm drinks with whipped cream which has a hint of soothing vanilla, nutty almond, or possibly cooling peppermint Here's how:
  5. o Vanilla: Add in 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
  6. o Almond: Add in 1 Tbsp. almond extract
  7. o Peppermint: Add in 2 tsp. peppermint extract
