Directions

  1. Put onions, olives, and horseradish into a small food processor.
  2. Blend till a nice paste forms.
  3. Transfer to a bowl and fold in ketchup, Worcestershire, Tabasco, lemon juice, cider vinegar, red wine vinegar, salt and sugar.
  4. Stir till smooth.
  5. Put sauce into ramekins and serve with oysters on the half shell.
