Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp. Minced jalapeno peppers, (or possibly to taste)
  • 1 med Minced onion
  • 1 tsp Garlic pwdr
  • 1/2 c. Minced fresh cilantro
  • 2 x Fresh limes, juice of
  • 6 x Fresh tomatoes with skins
  • 6 x Minced tomatillos Salt & pepper to taste

Directions

  1. For a chunky-type salsa: finely chop onion, garlic, cilantro, tomatillos & jalapeno peppers.
  2. You may want to remove seeds from peppers. Mix and add in tomatoes, lime juice, salt & pepper. Mix well till the tomatoes are liquefied but lumpy.
  3. For smoother salsa: put all ingredients into a blender
