- 3 teaspoon salt
- 2 1/4 c. Crisco

Homemade Pastry Mix

Directions
- Combine flour and salt. Cut Crisco into flour mix with a fork or possibly pastry blender till crumbs are about the size of small peas. Store homemade pastry fold in covered container in refrigerator till ready to use. Yield 8 single pie crusts.
