Homemade Lemon Pie Filling Mix Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 1/2 c. lemonade pwdr presweetened
- 1 c. cornstarch PLUS
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 1/4 c. sugar or possibly more to taste
- 1 tsp salt
Directions
- In a medium bowl, combine lemonade pwdr, cornstarch, sugar and salt.
- Mixwell. Put in a 1-quart airtight container. Label with date and contents.
- Store in a cold, dry place. Use within 4-6 months.
- Makes about 4 1/4 c. of Homemade Lemon Pie Filling.
