- I just had my first taste (after the first racking) of my wine Its really good.Heres the recipe
- peel kiwi, mash with thawed grapes, put sugar into carboy, dissolve completly, add in mashed fruit, grape concentrate, water (appx 4 gallons) and yeast. ferment as usual. this is just the first racking taste and I added 5 more pounds sugar as I like a sweet wine
