Directions

  1. In a smaller pan put 100ml water and 200 g sugar, mix well.
  2. Heat mixture, bring to boil, reach a temperature 115c, remove from heat (ow heat- use thermometer).
  3. Soften the gelatin with 50 ml of water (keep the bowl warm in the double boiler)
  4. Add the gelatin to the sugar mixture and glucose syrup, mix well.
  5. Add vanilla, strawberry essence and food coloring, mix well.
  6. Fold mixture on to greased mold, let cool about 14 hours .
  7. After that remove from mold and put them granulated sugar, mix well.
  8. Cut them into any your desired shape.
  9. Serve and enjoy.
