Ingredients

  • 2 carrots
  • 2 celery ribs
  • 1/4 of a cantaloupe
  • 1 orange
  • 2 apples

Homemade Juiced Juice

Time: 8 minutes prep
Servings: 2 Cups
 

Directions

  1. Clean the carrots and celery.
  2. Clean and core the apples.
  3. Scrub, peel, and seed the cantaloupe.
  4. Peel the orange including pith.
  5. Put them gradually into your juicer and juice them.
  6. Serve immediately

Because of oxidation, juice is at its peak immediately after you've extracted it. If you have a juicer, use it because the potency of the vitamins contained therein is way better than bottled juices.
