Homemade Fried Rice (Hibachi Style) Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Soy Sauce, low sodium
  • 2 tbs pure sesame oil
  • 1 cup frozen peas, corn & carrots (let them thaw a bit)
  • 2 eggs (scrambled)
  • 2 tbs Butter
  • 1 small chopped Onion
  • Adobo/Seasoning (brand I use: Goya)
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • Pinch of Garlic Salt (optional)
  • 1.Scramble up your eggs in small fry pan and when they're done, place aside (on paper towel or bowl)
