Directions
- In a small saucepan over low heat, combine the heavy whipping cream, 2% milk, granulate sugar (or 8 packets of Sweet 'N Low), until steam appears.
- Remove pan from heat, and stir in the coconut extract, and the vanilla extracts.
- Allow to cool completely, then store in a sealed container in the refrigerator.
