Homemade Coconut Coffee Creamer 🥥

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Half & Half (Or Heavy Whipping Cream)
  • 1/2 cup 2% milk
  • 1/3 cup granulate sugar (or 8 packets of Sweet 'N Low)
  • 1 teaspoon McCormick Coconut Extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon McCormick Pure Vanilla Extract

Homemade Coconut Coffee Creamer 🥥

Time: 5 minutes prep, 5 minutes cook
Servings: 8 ounces
 

Directions

  1. In a small saucepan over low heat, combine the heavy whipping cream, 2% milk, granulate sugar (or 8 packets of Sweet 'N Low), until steam appears.
  2. Remove pan from heat, and stir in the coconut extract, and the vanilla extracts.
  3. Allow to cool completely, then store in a sealed container in the refrigerator.
