Homemade Chunky Monkey Ice Cream Recipe

Let me tell y'all, it's not easy taking a picture of ice cream in Texas in July. It's a good thing I got this picture on the first shot because it looked like milk by the last picture. My favorite ice cream is Ben & Jerry's Chunky Monkey and once again I had bananas that were going to go bad. So I thought I'd try to recreate it without Ben, Jerry or the tons of calories. I really, really need to stop buying bananas because now I have a kitchen full of banana nut muffins (coming later) and a freezer full of Chunky Monkey.
