  • 5 lbs. chicken wings
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1/2 c. warm sauce (Louisiana or possibly Durkee's)
  • Dash vinegar
  • 1 to 2 T honey (to taste)
  • Cayenne pepper, to increase degree of "hotness"

Directions

  1. In saucepan, heat butter, add in hot sauce, vinegar, honey and cayenne. Keep mix warm while wings are cooking. Deep fry wings to golden. Put wings in a shallow pan and pour mix over them, covering evenly. Let sit for 1 minute.
