Herman Amish Friendship Cake Recipe

Ingredients

1 c. Herman starter 2/3 c. oil 2 c. flour 2 teaspoon soda 3 large eggs 1 c. sugar 1/2 teaspoon salt

2 teaspoon cinnamon 1/2 c. brown sugar 1/2 c. nuts 1/3 c. melted butter 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 c. oatmeal

Directions

1. Mix well.
2. Put 1/2 batter in greased and lightly floured 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle 1/2 strudel over top. Then add in rest of batter. Again sprinkle with strudel. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 min.
