Ingredients
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1/2 rubbed sage
- 1/4 teaspoon rosemary
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 1/2 to 3 pound fryer chicken, cut up

Herbed Oven/Fried Chicken
Servings: 8
Directions
- Heat butter in 13 x 9 x 2 inch in 425 degree oven till melted. Mix flour, paprika, thyme, sage, rosemary, garlic, and pepper. Coat chicken with flour mix. Place skin side down in pan. Bake uncovered 30 min. Turn chicken. Bake till thickest pcs are done about 30 min longer.
