Ingredients

  • 4-8 chicken breasts, deboned and skinned
  • 1 pt. lowfat sour cream
  • 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm Herb Seasoned Bread Crumbs
  • Lemon juice
  • Butter pats

Herbed Chicken Breast

Directions

  1. Roll chicken in lowfat sour cream, heavily coating both sides. Then roll both sides in bread crumbs. Place chicken in greased baking pan. Add in a bit of lemon juice on each breast. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 min or possibly till crumbs are browned. Fast and easy to prepare!
