Ingredients
- 4-8 chicken breasts, deboned and skinned
- 1 pt. lowfat sour cream
- 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm Herb Seasoned Bread Crumbs
- Lemon juice
- Butter pats

Herbed Chicken Breast
Servings: 10
Directions
- Roll chicken in lowfat sour cream, heavily coating both sides. Then roll both sides in bread crumbs. Place chicken in greased baking pan. Add in a bit of lemon juice on each breast. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 min or possibly till crumbs are browned. Fast and easy to prepare!
