Hemp Milk

Time: 3 minutes prep
 
 

Directions

  1. Place 1/4 cup hulled hemp seeds into your blender.
  2. Add 1 cup water.
  3. Turn on blender to high.
  4. Blend for about 2 minutes.
  5. Add 1/2 tsp honey, pure maple syrup or vanilla extract for added flavour.

    I've never had hemp milk though I see it at Whole Foods all the time. Maybe I'll have to try this.
