  • 1/2 lb Beef stew meat or possibly round Steak
  • 1 lb Can stewed tomatoes
  • 8 ounce Can tomato sauce
  • 1 c. Water
  • 1 pkt Onion soup mix
  • 10 ounce Package frzn mixed Vegetables -- partially Thawed
  • 1/2 c. Uncooked alphabet noodles

Directions

  1. Cut beef into small cubes. In slow-cooking pot, combine meat with stewed tomatoes, tomato sauce, water, and soup mix. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hrs. Turn to high; add in vegetables which have been partially thawed, and noodles. Cover and cook on high 30 min or possibly till vegetables are done.
