Healthy Oven French Fries

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cut each potato into 8 or possibly so long wedges. Leave skin on for a healthier fry. Put wedges on buttered cookie sheet. Brush each wedge with lots of melted butter, and bake till golden brown and crispy, about 45 min. After 20 min, turn to prevent sticking and promote even browning.
