Ingredients
I large tub Cool Whip
1 large can( drained well) crushed pineapple( in it's own juice)
I large can or 2 small cans mandriane oranges ( drained & chopped)
I large Pkg. Orange Jello ( Sugar Free)
I medium carton small curd cottage Cheese ( Low Fat )
Directions
Drain the fruits very well, then add all the other ingrediants until mixed well.
NOTE: may save the fruit juices for another recipe
