Healthy Granola Bars

Ingredients

  • 2 c. shredded coconut
  • 1 1/2 c. rolled oats
  • 1 1/2 c. raisins
  • 2 c. sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 c. sesame seeds
  • 3/4 c. minced peanuts
  • 1/2 c. minced cried fruit, like apricots
  • 1/4 c. mini chocolate or possibly carob chips
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 c. honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 c. peanut butter

Healthy Granola Bars

Servings: 1
 

Directions

  1. Mix all the dry ingredients well in a large bowl. Blend honey, peanut butter and vanilla till smooth. Add in to dry ingredients. Mix with your hands (grease hands first). Press firmly into a greased 9 x 13" pan. Bake at275 till golden. (Recipe does not state time.) Cold on a rack. Cut when cold.
