Ingredients
- 200g all-purpose flour
- 200g hazelnuts (please use unroasted and unshelled hazelnuts where possible. Shelling and roasting them is not such a great effort and the flavor is much better. If you don't like hazelnuts, you can use almonds.)
- 150g powdered sugar
- 100g good quality pork lard
- 2 tsp baking powder
- A dash of olive oil
