Hayley's Cheesecake Squares Recipe
I formed this recipe when my husband was deployed to Afghanistan. Somewhere along the line, my best friend, Hayley developed an addiction to these! These are perfect for summer get togethers!
Ingredients
- 1 8 ounce package of cream cheese (softened)
- 1 stick of butter (no substitutes)
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup confectioners sugar
- 2 tbls light brown sugar
- 3/4 mini semisweet chocolate chips
- 2 boxes Chocolate graham crackers
Directions
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, butter , and vanilla until fluffy
- Gradually add confectioners sugar and beat until combined
- Stir in chocolate chips
- Break graham crackers in half and spoon mixture onto crackers and make a sandwich
- Refridgerate for at least an hour!
