Ingredients

• Ice Cream
• 1 cup of milk
• 1 cup of whipping cream
• 1/3 cup sugar
• 3 large beaten eggs
• pinch of salt
• 3 oz grated Hirten cheese
• Stout Caramel
• 1 12 oz bottle of stout
• 2 Tbs unsalted butter
• 1 and 1/2 cups dark brown sugar
• 1 cup of whipping cream
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1/8 tsp of salt
• Here's What To Do:
• Whisk together 3 large eggs in a big bowl and set it aside.
