Ingredients
- 1 pound pkg. frzn hash browns
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1 c. shredded cheese
- 1 (8 ounce.) lowfat sour cream
- (1/2 onion, minced)
- 1 tbsp. parsley flakes
Directions
- Mix ingredients and cook 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hrs.
