This is a typical fast Filipino corned beef recipe that you can pair with bread or rice.

Directions

  1. Place wok or large pan over high heat
  2. Add 1 Tablespoon oil
  3. When the oil is hot, add chopped potato
  4. Saute potato until golden brown
  5. Add sliced onion then stir fry for about 1 minute.
  6. Remove potato and onion then set aside
  7. Add garlic then saute until garlic is lightly browned
  8. Add corned beef
  9. Add water
  10. Separate the meat with wooden spatula or spoon
  11. Let it simmer until water almost evaporate
  12. Add potato and onions back.
  13. Mix corned beef until fully combined.
