Ingredients
- 2 lbs. frzn hash brown potatoes
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 2 c. cornflakes
- 1/2 c. minced onion
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 c. grated cheddar cheese
- 2 c. lowfat sour cream

Hash Brown Scalloped Potatoes

Directions
- Combine all ingredients EXCEPT butter and cornflakes. Place potato mix in buttered 3 qt baking dish. Mix cornflakes with melted butter and sprinkle over potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min. If frzn potatoes are used, bake for 1 hour.
