Ingredients
- 1 (2 lb.) bag frzn hash brown potatoes, thawed about 20-25 min.
- 1 can cream of onion soup or possibly cream of chicken soup
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream

Directions
- Mix all together and put in baking dish. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Can be topped with bread crumbs.
