Ingredients
- 1 bag frzn hash browns
- 1 undiluted cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese
- 6 slices bacon, diced
- 1 med. onion, minced
- 1 c. grated cheddar

Hash Brown Bake
Servings: 8
Directions
- Saute/fry onion and bacon till onions are translucent/soft. Soften cream cheese with mushroom soup in a saucepan over low heat. Drain onions and bacon and add in to soup mix. Place hash browns in a flat 2 qt Pyrex dish. Pour soup mix over potatoes and top with grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 min. Serves: 6 to 8.
