Harvey Walbanger Cake Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 pkt Orange cake mix
- 1 pkt Inst. Vanilla Pudding Mix
- 1/2 c. Sugar
- 1/2 c. Veg. oil (Crisco)
- 4 x Large eggs
- 1/4 c. Vodka
- 1/4 c. Galliano
- 3/4 c. Orange juice
- 1 c. Powdered sugar
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. Vodka
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. Galliano
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. Orange juice
Directions
- Mix first 3 ingredients, add in Large eggs, and remaining 3 ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 min in a bundt cake pan. For GLAZE: Combine orange juice and sugar in sauce pan and heat stirring constantly till sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and add in vodka and Galliano. Remove cake from pan to serving plate. Prick top and sides and cover with glaze.
