Ingredients
- Ritz crackers
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup peanutbutter
- chocolate candy coating

Directions
- Sift the powdered sugar and mix with the peanutbutter. Roll aprox. 1tsp. of mixture into a ball and sandwich between two crackers. Melt the chocolate candy coating according to package instructions, (I use a microwave for this). Coat each sandwich with candy coating, placing on waxed paper to dry.
