Directions

  1. Mix 1 c. Bisquick (you may use homemade biscuit mix, if you like) and cream. Knead 10 times. Roll dough and place into a 9 inch pie pan. Saute/fry beef till browned. Saute/fry onions in beef drippings till soft. Drain fat. Combine beef, onions, seasonings, and 2 Tbsp. Bisquick. Spread over crust. Beat Large eggs; blend in cottage cheese and pour over meat. Bake at 350 degrees till done.
