  1. Combine first five ingredients. Bake in loaf pan for 2 1/2 hrs at 350 degrees. Combine sauce ingredients to pour over ham loaf during last 1/2 hour of baking. Baste several times. Serves 12.
  2. OPTIONAL: Pan brown slices of pineapple in juice to serve over ham.
