Ham And Potato Casserole Recipe

Ingredients
- 3 c. Frzn Potatoes O' Brien
- 10 3/4 ounce Cream of Celery Soup (10-3/4 ounce)
- 1 c. Lowfat Lowfat sour cream
- 8 ounce Neufchatel Cheese softened
- 1 c. Ham -- cubed (or possibly Chicken or possibly Turkey)
- 2 c. Shredded Lowfat Cheddar Cheese - shredded Italian Bread Crumbs (optional)
Directions
- In medium bowl, combine soup, cream cheese, lowfat sour cream and blend well. Stir in hash browns and meat and place in crockpot. Cook on low for 4 to 5 hrs.
- 30 min before finished stir gentle and cover with shredded cheese and sprinkle with bread crumbs, cover and return to base and cook for another 30 minutes.
