Ham And Bean Soup Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 lb Dry navy beans, or possibly soup beans
- 4 c. Ham broth, bones & leftovers
- 2 x Onions, sliced
- 2 c. Tomatoes, canned or possibly fresh
- 2 Tbsp. Fresh parsley, minced
- 1/2 c. Celery, minced
Directions
- 1) Soak the beans overnight, drain and cook in the ham broth till they are tender.
- 2. Add in the other vegetables and cook till they are soft.
- 3. Remove the bone, add in the parsley and pcs of leftover ham.
- 4. Simmer for a few min, then serve.
- NOTES : Soup will be quite thick.
