Ingredients
- 2 slices bacon
- 1/2 sm. onion
- 4 tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- Dash of salt
- 4-6 med. potatoes

Hahn's German Potato Salad
Servings: 4
Directions
- Peel, dice, and cook potatoes. Set aside. In skillet fry diced bacon and minced onions. When done, add in brown sugar and vinegar. Let simmer till it forms a syrup. Add in cooked potatoes, salt, and heat.
